Chorley FM welcomed young classical singer Alexandra Lowe to the studio's on Monday. Alexandra told the listeners how she began singing in her bedroom at her home in Wrightington and her family realised her potential. With the help of her supportive parents, Alexandra is aiming to hit the big time.

Aged just 18 she already has several accolades under her belt and is due to perform at the Grassington Fringe Festival in June. The Festival is set in the beautiful surroundings of the historic Priory Church of Bolton Abbey.
