Chorley Hotel chooses Age Concern Lancashire as Charity of the Year

Park Hall Hotel in Chorley, part of the Lavender Hotel Group, have chosen AGE Concern Central Lancashire as their chosen charity of the year.

This is a new scheme for Lavender Hotels, who have 6 venues across the North West. Each venue has asked the staff to choose a charity which touches their own lives and they feel will have a positive impact on our community.

AGE Concern Central Lancashire provides a wide range of quality services for older people within the boundaries of Central Lancashire to meet the needs identified by older people and their carers. As such we feel it would be great to support this as our local charity, and one that will help to make our community a happier place.

For the next 12 months Park Hall will donate £1 each time a customer orders our Chargrilled Chicken Breast from the main menu. This dish was chosen as it is the most popular on our menu and therefore will provide the best support. Ron Hutchinson who is the fundraiser for AGE Concern Lancashire paid a visit to Park Hall to try the dish and officially start the tally going.

Park Hall Hotel hopes to support AGE Concern this year in other ways, through fundraisers, events and Gala Dinners and are looking forward to the partnership with them.
