Becky from Lancashire Mind pops into the mid morning show to tell us all about Seasonal Affective Disorder otherwise known as SAD.

Shaun & Ralphy got a warm welcomed visit from the Chorley Warriors on Sunday. Members of the local cheerleading group visited the show to make an appeal for sponsorship. The group have expanded over the years and have even competed in competitions within the USA.

David from Birkacre Garden Centre called in to the Mid-Morning Show on Monday. With the cold winter months about to set in, he gave a live interview and offered our listeners tips and advice.
